The raw material adopts high-purity Ta1 tantalum billet with purity ≥99.95%, manufactured in compliance with ASTM B521 standard. We supply both seamless tantalum tubes and welded tantalum tubes as base material. Through multiple processes including precision cutting, inner & outer wall polishing and end chamfering, the material is processed into short tube products shown in the picture. Outer diameter, wall thickness and length can be customized flexibly. Thin-wall small-diameter tube is our key advantage, with minimum wall thickness up to 0.1mm. Dimensional tolerance of all tubes is strictly controlled, and the cut end is flat and smooth without chipping or deformation.
Tantalum has superior chemical inertness. It is hardly corroded by strong acids and strong oxidants at room temperature.
