High purity molybdenum tubes have a high melting point, high strength, long life, good high-temperature resistance, etc. They are widely used in many fields such as hot field, vacuum coating, solar energy, sapphire crystal, optoelectronics, semiconductor, special ceramics, light source lighting, mechanical parts, glass manufacturing, glass fiber, refractory fiber, rare earth metallurgy, industrial kilns, etc. A molybdenum tube is a non-ferrous alloy composed of molybdenum as the base and adding other elements. The production process of high purity molybdenum tubes 

 round billet → heating → perforation → three rolls of slant rolling, continuous rolling or extrusion → deburring → sizing (or reducing) → cool → straightening → hydro testing (or flaw detection) → marking → storage. Molybdenum tubes are mainly used as thermocouple protection tubes in high-temperature furnaces, sapphire single crystal furnaces, and high-temperature sintering furnace support parts.
