Additionally, it possesses excellent plasticity, facilitating easy processing and welding. It is non-magnetic and possesses good thermal and electrical conductivity.
It is widely used in various fields such as vacuum heat treatment furnace components, high-temperature experimental vessels, chemical corrosion-resistant parts, optoelectronic semiconductor components, cemented carbide sintering fixtures, aerospace high-temperature structural components, and rare metal melting crucibles.
After undergoing processes such as forging, rolling, and vacuum annealing, niobium materials exhibit uniform and stable internal structures, refined grains, and optimized mechanical properties and surface conditions. The processing strictly controls dimensional tolerances and surface roughness, ensuring the absence of oxidation interlayers, cracks, and impurity defects, and excellent welding sealing. Under long-term high-temperature conditions, it is resistant to deformation, embrittlement, and volatilization loss. It can adapt to harsh vacuum environments, corrosive environments with molten media, and high-temperature inert atmosphere conditions, and its service life is significantly longer than that of ordinary high-temperature resistant metal materials.
