Top 10 Global Drilling Results To 2023 Mineralisation Is Predominantly Gold

The British Mining-Journal has listed the world's top 10 drilling results for 2023 based on Opaxe drilling data. In terms of countries and regions, the projects are mostly located in Australia (5), Canada (4) and only one in Serbia. In terms of ore types, the main ones are gold (8) and the rest are uranium (2). In first place is Peregrine Gold Ltd.'s Newman gold mine in Western Australia, Australia, where drilling has intersected 3.6 metres at a depth of 3.6 metres grading 1,952 grams per tonne (g/t) gold. In second place was Westgold Resources Ltd.'s Bryah gold mine in Western Australia, Australia, with 10.01 metres grading 443.74 g/t gold from surface. Red 5 Ltd.'s King of the Hills gold mine in Western Australia, Australia, ranked third, with 26 metres at 16 metres grading 168.15 g/t gold. F3 Uranium Corp. was fourth at its PLN project in Canada, with 14.5 metres at 9.4% uranium (U3O8) from 238.5 metres. Great Boulder Resources Ltd.'s Side Well gold mine in Western Australia, Australia, ranked No. 5, with drilling intersecting 6 metres at 589.44 g/t gold from 114 metres. The project is ranked eighth in the top 10 drilling results in Australia for 2021. Osisko Mining's Windfall gold project in Quebec, Canada, ranked No. 1 in 2020 and 2021, No. 7 in 2022 and No. 6 this year. Drilling at the project intersected eight metres at 83 metres depth grading 413 g/t gold. Uranium Energy Corp.'s Christie Lake uranium project in Saskatchewan, Canada, ranked seventh, with 14.3 metres of drilling at 417.9 metres grading 7.9% uranium (U3O8). New Found Gold Corp.'s Queensway project in Newfoundland, Canada, ranked eighth. Drilling intersected 27.05 metres grading 105.32 g/t gold over 59.75 metres, which was ranked fourth in 2021. Dundee Precious Metals Inc.'s Čoka Rakita copper-gold project in Serbia ranked ninth. Drilling intersected 40 metres at 517 metres at 63.46 g/t gold and 0.11% copper. In 10th place was M3 Mining's Edjudina gold mine in Western Australia, Australia. Drilling intersected 10 metres at 27 metres depth grading 241.2 g/t gold.
