Rare Earth Molybdenum Plate
Molybdenum has a high modulus of elasticity, tungsten, tantalum, and only has a high melting point. Thickness from 0.090 inches to 3 inches, listed as molybdenum plate.
Molybdenum plates are widely used in mold and component furnace construction, component manufacturing for the electronics and semiconductor industries.
Silicone molybdenum plates are reviewed using silicon source Si2Cl6 and silicification conditions and some of its properties. The plate molybdenum silicide is first deposited, such as 4 MoSi2, 6 m thick in the initial stage (after 10 min), and then combined storage is carried out, after 30 min a uniform layer of MoSi2 molybdenum plates is formed. The weight of the silicone plates dissolved by the anode increases exponentially at 0.2 M sulfuric acid, reducing the thickness of the MoSi2 layer. The corrosion of seawater and sea sand, and the wear of silicone molybdenum plates increase the resistivity, thereby increasing the silicification temperature and the flow rate of Si2Cl6.
Molybdenum plate surface condition and heat treatment
Molybdenum provides ideal conditions for annealing cold-rolled flat products. The surface of molybdenum plate can be divided into glossy, matte, or cold rolled, depending on the parameters of the thickness and width of the plate.
Molybdenum plate appearance: silver gray metallic luster.
The preparation process is as follows:
1. Using molybdenum dioxide as raw material, doped with lanthanum nitrate solution, and reducing at 850~1000°C hydrogen atmosphere by four tubes of electric furnace to obtain 0.6% La2O3-Mo alloy powder, its average Fischer particle size is 2~3um.
2. After the obtained powder is pressed by the isostatic pressing method, sintering is carried out to obtain a high-temperature molybdenum plate.
3. After the molybdenum plate is forged and opened, hot rolling and cross-commutation temperature rolling are carried out to obtain a thickness of 1.00mm plate, and its total deformation rate is more than 95%.
Rare earth molybdenum plate still has excellent room temperature plastic toughness after annealing at 1700 °C, and after annealing at 1800 ~ 2000 °C, the room temperature plastic toughness is reduced. After pure molybdenum is annealed at 1100 °C, although it also has good room temperature toughness, it is lower than that of rare earth molybdenum plate, and there is obvious room temperature brittleness after annealing at 1200 °C.
Rare earth molybdenum plate has a high recrystallization temperature, and its final recrystallization temperature is 1700 °C, while the final recrystallization temperature of pure molybdenum is 1100 °C, and after annealing at 1200 °C, the recrystallization grain grows rapidly.
The distribution of the distribution of the diffuse point network along the longitudinal and transverse two-dimensional directional arrangement of the rare earth molybdenum plate makes it have excellent room temperature toughness after high temperature annealing. However, after annealing at 1800 °C, due to the aggregation and growth of the grain, the diffuse particles are relatively dispersed, and the dislocation density is reduced, resulting in a decrease in the grain length-to-width ratio and a decrease in room temperature toughness.
