A polished molybdenum strip refers to the ordinary molybdenum rod using mechanical, chemical, or electrochemical ways to reduce the surface roughness of the product, the surface is bright and smooth.
Alkali washing is also commonly referred to as alkali erosion washing or alkali erosion. The process of alkali washing is to put the aluminum material into a strongly alkaline solution with sodium hydroxide as the main component for the erosion reaction, the purpose of the process treatment is: to further remove the surface of the dirt, completely remove the natural oxide film on the aluminum surface, to reveal a pure metal matrix, for the subsequent anodic oxidation uniform conductivity, the formation of a uniform anodic oxide film to lay a good foundation surface. If the alkali washing time is appropriately extended, the aluminum surface can also be flat and uniform, eliminating the slight rough marks on the aluminum surface, such as mold marks, bumps, scratches, etc.; A longer period of alkali washing results in a uniform, soft diffuse reflective surface (i.e. sand surface) without strong reflection. However, excessive alkali washing is a waste of molybdenum resources, which will also cause the molybdenum material to deviate in size, and may reveal the original internal tissue defects (such as coarse crystal, segregation, etc.).
