2000m Wire-cut Molybdenum Wire

High-strength wire-cut molybdenum wire is particularly suitable for the precision cutting of components with complex structures. 

Installation of 2000m wire-cut molybdenum wire:

1. Before the machine tool is started, adjust the left and right bumpers to place them in the maximum position of the stroke.

2. Screw the molybdenum wire tray on the upper wire wheel, and fix one end of the molybdenum wire on the screw of the wire barrel.

3. Tighten the molybdenum wire and turn the wire barrel counterclockwise to make the molybdenum wire wind 4 to 5 times. Then open the wire drum running switch, so that the wire drum rotates, and the molybdenum wire is evenly wound on the wire drum.

4. After the wire drum winding is completed, the other end of the molybdenum wire is wound from the direction of the lower wire wheel - conductive block - lower guide wheel - upper guide wheel - gem block - conductive block - upper wire wheel - broken wire protection - reel.

5. After installation, manually rotate the wire barrel clockwise to make the molybdenum wire rotate and wind for 4 to 5 turns.

6. Press the right bumper to the place of the proximity sensor, and then press the wire barrel operation switch, so that the wire barrel is left to a certain extent, when approaching the end of the wire barrel, close the wire barrel running switch, it is to stop rotating, and then press the left limit bumper to the proximity sensor.

7. Take out the tight wire wheel from the toolbox, pull the molybdenum wire on the wire barrel, open the running switch, and move the wire drum slider to the right as a whole. When approaching the end of the wire drum, close the wire drum run switch and reseat the molybdenum wire.
