
High Purity Molybdenum Wire
The application of high purity molybdenum wire electrofusion heating technology in systems such as soda lime glass and boron glass has been widely reported. However, in the production process of some other melts such as cast stone and liquid cinder using electrofusion heating process, we have done some useful exploration work in this regard.
1.Molybdenum wire strength: high tensile strength, good wear resistance and long service life.
2.Cold-drawn molybdenum wire: cold-drawn production process, high strength and good surface finish.

Uses
1. for electrode wire cutting and machining parts for wire-cutting machines.
2. Also used for winding wire cores, supports, leads, heat generating elements
3. and for high temperature spraying to improve the wear resistance of mechanical wear parts such as automobiles.

Packaging
Molybdenum wires with a diameter of less than or equal to 400μm are sealed with waxed paper and packed in plastic tubes. Molybdenum wires with a diameter of more than 400 μm are rolled into rolls and then wrapped in moisture-proof paper and tied firmly.

Transport
The molybdenum wire should be transported in a wooden box or carton padded with moisture-proof paper and marked with the words "Fragile", "Carefully placed" and "Moisture-proof".
The box should be marked with the words "Fragile", "Handle with care" and "Moisture-proof", and should be protected against acid and alkaline gas infiltration and damage from rain and snow during transport.
Products Preparation
Molybdenum wire is made into molybdenum stranded wire, which is produced by mechanical or manual methods according to the requirements of the product and has different specifications, such as large stranded wire, small stranded wire and long stranded wire. To strand the wire, the wire is placed on a hook, wound tightly, smoothed and straightened, and then the hook is turned a certain number of times by mechanical power. After removal, the wire is twisted and twisted with a twist.

Spooling and rewinding
1.Requirements for single reels of molybdenum wire.
Each reel of molybdenum wire should be a continuous whole wire.
2. Requirements after rewinding.
The rewinding line should be tight and neat, with no pressed, stacked or disordered wires. Molybdenum wires with a diameter of less than or equal to 400um should be wound evenly on the specified reel, while molybdenum wires with a diameter of more than 400um should be wound in a round coil, without twisting into an "8" shape, and each coil should be tied in 3 places with a binding wire.
The high purity molybdenum wire produced by Yusheng Metals is made of high-purity molybdenum powder.
