I.Features

Polished nickel plate has special corrosion and heat resistance, and is widely used in various chemical equipment (inorganic chemistry, organic chemistry, petroleum refining) and heating devices (ethylene devices, hydrogen cracking devices), especially for highly concentrated alkali and reducing media with excellent corrosion resistance with the addition of chromium, better corrosion resistance to chlorinated gas and liquid. Nickel is a hard and ductile and ferromagnetic metal, it can be highly polished and corrosion resistant.

II.Production process

rolling ---->sintering-->forging-->heat treatment-->surface treatment-->forming. They are used in civil construction batch cement, protection of machinery and equipment, handicraft manufacturing, and high-grade speaker mesh cover.
