Titanium Grade 9 Sheet

1. Description：

It is a low alloy, near alpha titanium alloy sheet known as titanium Grade 9 Sheet. The alloy is weldable and has good cold formability. The strength at room temperature is 20% to 50% greater than the strength of industrially pure titanium. good resistance to corrosion in a variety of environmental applications. Thus, Titanium Grade 9 Sheet is the best material for use in industrial and aerospace applications.

2. Molecular composition：
1. This alloy has good anti-oxidation properties; its oxidation resistance temperature can exceed 315°C. When held at 800°C for 1 hour, the depth of the surface oxidation does not go beyond 0.05mm.

2. Corrosion resistance: Generally speaking, pure industrial titanium has similar corrosion resistance. In seawater at 50°C, Grade 9 3Al-2.5V Titanium alloy has a 9.2V (SCE) somewhat lower, but at least 1V greater, corrosion potential than stainless steel (SCE).
