III.Grade 1 Pure Seamless Titanium Tubes Have the Following Features:
According to the amount of impurities they contain, pure seamless titanium tubes are categorized into Grade 1 and Grade 2. These two industrially pure titaniums gradually rise in mechanical strength and hardness as well as interstitial impurity elements, but their plasticity and toughness diminish as a result. Due to its rounded mechanical qualities and moderate corrosion resistance, Grade 2 industrial pure titanium Seamless Tubes are frequently used in industry. When superior molding qualities are required, grade 1 can be employed.

The cross-sectional area and elongation rate of the high-purity titanium tube can both reach 70–80%. Although pure industrial titanium contains very few impurities, Grade 1 and Grade 2 Pure Seamless Titanium Tubes have a low strength. Its mechanical qualities can be greatly improved by the inclusion of alloy components, increasing its strength to a level that is comparable to high strength. This indicates that the industrial pure titanium tube can have high strength and acceptable plasticity as long as it only contains a minimal amount of interstitial impurities and other metal impurities.

Grade 1 titanium is referred to as having a purity of greater than 99.6%, whereas grade 2 titanium is defined as having a purity of less than 99.6%.
