The product has a uniform silver-gray metallic appearance, with dense and uniform material structure, no pores, no inclusions, no cracks, high surface finish, refined internal grains, and strong consistency in performance.
Our company produces a wide range of tantalum rounds, including high-purity tantalum rounds, industrial-grade tantalum rounds, rolled tantalum rounds, polished tantalum rounds, pickled tantalum rounds, and various other categories. The purity of the material can be selected from 99.9%, 99.99%, and 99.999%. We strictly follow national and rare metal industry standards in production. We can produce standard-sized tantalum rounds, and can also customize non-standard diameters, non-standard thicknesses, high-precision tolerances, shaped tantalum rounds with holes, stepped tantalum rounds, and flange-type tantalum rounds according to customer drawings, dimensions, and tolerance requirements. These products are widely used in many high-end industrial fields such as chemical corrosion prevention, electronic semiconductors, vacuum coating, metallurgical sintering, new energy, medical equipment, high-temperature furnaces, precision machinery, and more.
Tantalum round bar inherits the excellent chemical stability of metal tantalum. At room temperature and moderate to high temperatures, it is resistant to corrosion by hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, nitric acid, phosphoric acid, organic acids, strong alkali solutions, and various salt-based corrosive media. Except for hydrofluoric acid and specific mixed acids, it is almost impervious to conventional acid-base corrosion. Compared to stainless steel, titanium, and nickel-based alloys, tantalum round bar exhibits a significantly longer corrosion-resistant lifespan, allowing for stable use under severe corrosive conditions for extended periods. It is resistant to rust, erosion, and impurity precipitation, significantly reducing equipment replacement and maintenance costs. With a melting point of up to 2996℃, tantalum round bar exhibits high temperature strength, low creep, resistance to softening and deformation, and resistance to volatilization and oxidation under high-temperature vacuum, inert atmosphere, high-temperature sintering, and high-temperature heating conditions. It maintains good dimensional stability and structural integrity under high-temperature conditions, making it ideal for long-term service as internal load-bearing components, thermal insulation parts, sealing gaskets, sintering base disks, etc. in high-temperature furnaces. Tantalum round bar boasts superior physical properties, including excellent electrical and thermal conductivity, stable resistivity, and an extremely low coefficient of linear expansion, which makes it less prone to deformation and cracking during significant temperature changes. It is non-magnetic, thus avoiding magnetic interference and suitable for precision instruments, semiconductor equipment, and electromagnetic-related applications. In low-temperature environments, it remains tough and maintains structural integrity, adapting to ultra-low temperatures and extreme temperature differences. After vacuum melting purification and multiple forging and rolling processes to refine grain size, the finished tantalum round bar exhibits a dense internal structure, uniform composition, and is free of porosity, sand holes, and delamination. The high purity of the material and the extremely low impurity content ensure no contamination of downstream products, electrolytes, coating layers, or reaction media, meeting high-end electronic, semiconductor, and medical-grade material standards.

We support customization based on drawings and samples, offering products with arbitrary diameters, thicknesses, holes and slots, irregular steps, special tolerances, and special surface treatments. We can provide split selection for different purity levels, accompanied by material test reports, factory quality inspection reports, and dimensional inspection data. All tantalum products are produced using high-purity raw materials, rejecting recycled or impure materials. We conduct multiple quality inspections throughout the entire process, testing appearance, dimensions, material composition, and internal organizational structure to ensure the absence of cracks, inclusions, and deformations. Packaging adopts vacuum sealing and shockproof hard packaging to prevent oxidation, bumps, and scratches during transportation. We can provide small-batch samples and stable large-batch supply, consistently delivering high-quality tantalum rounds and rare metal supporting products to customers across various industries.
