The product exhibits a silver-gray matte metallic texture, with a dense and uniform material structure, free of pores, sand holes, cracks, and delamination. The internal grains are refined, and the board surface is flat with neat edges and high dimensional accuracy.
Our factory produces a full range of tungsten round products, including high-purity tungsten rounds, industrial sintered tungsten rounds, rolled tungsten rounds, machined tungsten rounds, polished tungsten rounds, pickled tungsten rounds, mirror-polished tungsten rounds, and other categories. The purity levels cover two mainstream grades: 99.95% and 99.99%. We strictly follow national and rare metal industry standards in production and manufacturing. We can provide standard stock specifications, and can also customize non-standard diameters, non-standard thicknesses, high-precision tolerances, tungsten rounds with holes, slotted tungsten rounds, stepped tungsten rounds, and shaped hollow tungsten rounds according to customer drawings, samples, and working conditions. These products are widely used in high-end industrial fields such as high-temperature metallurgy, vacuum coating, electronic semiconductors, photovoltaic new energy, mechanical seals, instrumentation, heavy forging, medical equipment, aerospace and military industries.
Tungsten, with a melting point of up to 3410℃, is the material with the highest melting point among known metals. Under conditions such as ultra-high temperature furnace chambers, vacuum sintering, heating in an inert atmosphere, and high-temperature melting, tungsten balls exhibit outstanding advantages such as high temperature strength, minimal deformation at high temperatures, no softening, no flowing, no volatilization, and resistance to oxidation. Even when working at temperatures above 2000℃ for extended periods, they can maintain structural stability and dimensional integrity, making them irreplaceable basic load-bearing and thermal insulation materials in high-temperature environments. Tungsten balls have a high density of 19.35g/cm³, high hardness, strong compressive strength, excellent wear resistance, and strong impact and deformation resistance. When used as counterweights, pressure-bearing pads, wear-resistant liners, and forging spacers, they exhibit strong load-bearing capacity, are resistant to wear, and have a service life far exceeding that of steel, stainless steel, and ordinary alloy materials, making them suitable for long-term use in heavy-load, high-pressure, and high-frequency conditions.

Tungsten spheres exhibit extremely strong chemical inertness and do not react with air, water, dilute acids, dilute alkalis, or most salt media. They are resistant to oxidation, acid and alkali corrosion, and molten metal erosion. In scenarios involving contact with high-temperature flue gas, corrosive atmospheres, molten glass, and molten metals, they are not corroded, do not contaminate materials, and do not produce impurity precipitates, demonstrating excellent chemical stability. Tungsten spheres have an extremely low linear expansion coefficient, resulting in minimal thermal deformation, resistance to cracking, and resistance to warping during high-temperature temperature changes. They maintain flatness and assembly accuracy even in environments with drastic temperature changes, making them highly suitable for precision instruments, vacuum equipment, and semiconductor precision components that have stringent requirements for dimensional stability.
We support customization based on drawings and samples, including any diameter, any thickness, drilling and slotting, stepped irregular shapes, special tolerances, and special surface treatments. We can recommend suitable purity and process specifications according to the working conditions. Each batch can provide material testing reports, dimensional inspection reports, and chemical composition test sheets. We support small batch testing samples and long-term stable supply for large batches
