Our products are manufactured in strict accordance with industrial standards and categorized into three major grades by purity and alloy system, which are separately tailored for general industrial, precision electronics, high-end scientific research and military applications to balance performance and cost efficiency:
1. Industrial Pure Niobium Sheet Nb1 (Purity ≥99.9%, 3N Grade)
The mainstream grade for general industrial use with rigorously controlled impurity content. It delivers balanced and stable mechanical ductility, corrosion resistance and weldability, featuring prominent cost performance. Suitable for basic industrial applications including electric light source components, standard chemical anti-corrosion liners, metallurgical alloy additives, conventional high-temperature tooling and general electronic backing plates, it is the preferred sheet material for mass production supporting parts.
2. High-Purity Niobium Sheet Nb2 (Purity: 99.95%–99.99%, 4N / 4N5 Grade)
Ultra-high-purity precision niobium sheets with extremely tight control over trace impurities such as oxygen, nitrogen, carbon and iron. They feature fine and uniform grains free of component segregation and internal inclusions. Specially developed for high-end scenarios including semiconductor coating, superconducting material fabrication, auxiliary nuclear industry components, premium medical device fittings and precision scientific research tests, they eliminate performance degradation and functional failures caused by impurities to ensure stable operation of high-precision equipment.

3. Niobium-Tungsten Alloy Sheet Nb-W Series
Alloy modification via tungsten addition drastically improves the high-temperature strength, creep resistance and structural stability of niobium sheets, making up for the insufficient high-temperature strength of pure niobium. It can maintain stable geometry without softening or deformation under long-term service at up to 1800°C, custom-produced for high-temperature aerospace structural components, load-bearing plates for premium vacuum furnaces and matching parts under extreme high-temperature working conditions.
Niobium sheets are high-performance base plate profiles fabricated from rare refractory metal niobium through vacuum melting, precision rolling, stress relief annealing, precision cutting and polishing. As a national strategic rare metal material, niobium integrates high melting point, excellent ductility, ultra-low thermal neutron absorption cross-section, unique superconducting properties and favorable corrosion resistance. It is a differentiated high-end functional sheet distinct from tantalum, titanium, molybdenum, tungsten and other metal plates.
Compared with high-cost tantalum materials, niobium sheets retain most high-temperature and corrosion-resistant properties while offering superior ductility, weldability and cost-effectiveness. They also possess exclusive characteristics including superconductivity, nuclear compatibility and electric light source activation performance, rendering them irreplaceable core base materials for superconducting technology, nuclear industry, semiconductor optoelectronics, aerospace, electric light source manufacturing and high-end metallurgical modification sectors.
