Due to the crushing process, the particles will produce a large number of highly active nascent surfaces, and the strong mechanical action during the crushing process can activate the surface of the particles, effectively improving the adsorption of the modifier on the surface of the particles. The process can be combined with particle crushing and surface modification, simplifying the processing process of particles, and can improve the efficiency of particle crushing and enhance the effect of particle surface modification. However, due to the modification process, the particles are constantly crushed, resulting in a new surface, the particle surface is difficult to completely adsorb the modifier.


The high-energy radiation modification process is characterized by directly changing the particle surface charge and changing the nature of the particle surface through high-energy radiation, or using high-energy radiation to enhance the adsorption of organic modifiers on the particle surface and better modify the surface of evaporation coated tantalum particles.
