Targets for Nickel Sputtering
Nickel is a shiny, silvery-white metal with a hint of gold. It is frequently employed in the creation of decorative coatings and sponge nickel. When evaporated in a vacuum, nickel can provide a decorative coating on ceramic surfaces or a solder layer in the manufacturing of circuit devices. In magnetic storage devices, fuel cells, and sensors, it is frequently sputtered to produce layers. High-purity, fine-grained nickel sputtering targets are available from Yusheng Metal. The coating layer is more uniform than that of comparable products under the same conditions, and the coating area is enhanced by 10% to 20%.
