Nickel Target

Nickel targets, nickel is a silvery-white metal with magnetic properties and good malleability. With good corrosion resistance, nickel is nearly silver-white, hard and ductile and ferromagnetic metal element, it can be highly polished and corrosion resistant. It turns green when dissolved in nitric acid. It is mostly utilized as a catalyst and in alloys (such as nickel steel and nickel silver).(e.g. nickel steel and nickel silver) and as a catalyst (e.g. Raney nickel, especially as a catalyst for hydrogenation), with a density of 8.902 g/cm3, a melting point of 1453°C and a boiling point of 2732°C. We can produce high-purity nickel targets up to 99.999% purity, mainly used in the semiconductor and microelectronics industry, as a key material for semiconductor back-side electrodes. Through repeated plastic processing we produce nickel targets with high density, high purity, and uniform grain size. The flexibility of our production process allows us to properly adjust the microstructure of the target to achieve your desired effect. If the sputtering target has uniform grain size, good sputtering rate and uniform film layer can be obtained.
