Tantalum 10 tungsten applications and processing methods (Ta-10W)
The cogging is the secret of Ta-10W processing. It can be used in a series of processes, including forging extrusion, packaging or canned extruding into bars (glass powder lubrication), heating (choose high temperature anti-oxidation coating protection), removing flaws and the oxidation layer that has formed on the surface of the machined surface, warm rolling, pickling, vacuum annealing, cold-rolling, and vacuum annealing.
Applications Ta-10W
Ta-10W fasteners can be used in the chemical sector to prevent corrosion.
Ta-10W Pipe is primarily utilized in the production of reaction vessels, heat exchangers, pipes, and thermocouple pipes for chemical processes because it is more resistant to high temperature and mineral acid corrosion than many other materials.
