Baoji Yusheng Metal specializes in the production of high purity zirconium rotary targets for semiconductor, photovoltaic and coating applications for chemical vapor deposition (CVD), physical vapor deposition (PVD) and optical applications.

Our standard rotary targets for large area thin film deposition are made by casting solid tubes or spraying tubular substrates. For large area coatings for solar or fuel cell and flip chip applications, rotary targets (also called cylindrical targets) are available in sizes and configurations up to 1,000 mm in length.

In addition, we produce custom sizes and alloys as well as research size targets. All targets are inspected by the most effective methods, such as X-ray fluorescence (XRF), glow discharge mass spectrometry (GDMS) and inductively coupled plasma (ICP). "Sputtering" is the controlled removal and conversion of the target material into a directed gaseous/plasma phase by ion bombardment.

We can provide targets in almost any size and shape, such as rectangular, annular or elliptical targets as well as rotary targets. The materials are produced by crystallization, solid state and other very high purification processes such as sublimation.
