The general purpose  99.5% tantalum wire was made by vacuum electron beam melting technology, and it has a relatively high purity. Yusheng Metal could provide tantalum wire of vacuum electron beam melting and powder metallurgy technology. Tantalum wire made for capacitors is often created using powder metallurgy methods and has more unique metal components. Tantalum wire was created using tantalum bars as a base. Prior to stretching and annealing the tantalum bar numerous times to eventually achieve the specifications of the customer's requirements, it must first be rolled out to the proper size, cleaned to remove surface magazine and oil pollution, then cut to the desired length and cleaned once more.
