The formed tantalum tubes need to undergo a series of subsequent processing steps to improve their performance and quality. Among them, heat treatment is the key processing process. By heating and cooling the tantalum tube at a specific temperature, its internal structure is improved, processing stress is eliminated, and the toughness and strength of the tantalum tube are improved.
Then the surface treatment is carried out. Common methods include mechanical polishing and chemical pickling. Mechanical polishing uses polishing equipment and abrasive materials to remove scratches and oxide scales on the surface of the tantalum tube so that its surface finish meets the specified standards. Chemical pickling uses a specific acid solution to further remove surface impurities, form a dense oxide film, and enhance the corrosion resistance of the tantalum tube.
Finally, the tantalum tube is tested for dimensional accuracy. Use high-precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, three-coordinate measuring machines, etc. to accurately measure the outer diameter, inner diameter, wall thickness and other dimensions of the tantalum tube to ensure that it meets the product specification requirements.

Order verification
Before delivery, the staff needs to carefully check the order to ensure that the tantalum tube products shipped are completely consistent with the customer's order requirements. The verification content includes product specifications, models, quantity, packaging methods and other information. At the same time, check whether the product's quality inspection report, certificate of conformity and other documents are complete to ensure that the accompanying documents are complete and accurate.

Logistics selection
During the loading process of the goods, strictly follow the packaging mark and transportation requirements to ensure that the tantalum tube is not damaged during the loading process. Use appropriate loading and unloading equipment, such as forklifts, cranes, etc., and carefully move the packaging containers to avoid collisions and falls. After the goods are loaded, go through the handover procedures with the logistics company to obtain transportation documents and tracking information. During the transportation process, the transportation status of the goods is monitored in real time through the logistics tracking system, and the location and estimated arrival time of the goods are kept in a timely manner.
